2011 Class and Other Offers

Postby SMU2007 » Mon Jan 24, 2011 10:09 pm

After Kitchen committed to us, with multiple good offers on the table, I wanted to look at all the BCS offers this 2011 class has, compared to 2010.

2011: 36 total BCS offers (13 out 27 of recruits)

2010: 19 total BCS offers (7 out of 26 recruits)
*granted, some of these bcs offers are schools like iowa state

Looks like the coaching staff is making great progress!

Just looking at your list, I know its light....

Yenga has an Arizona offer, preston had a cincy offer, moreland has michigan offer...I could go on...Some of these guys fill out their rivals page will all info, some just tell rivals and don't update their personal page....

I appreciate the hard work and I am not knocking you, just want this class to be represented...It is an excellent class for SMU....

Thanks for your time on this...

Yea I figured there would be some discrepancies but with or without the handful of extra offers that aren't listed on the recruiting sites, I think you can see that the class looks like a big improvement. We were very happy with last year's class, and this year's looks even better.
