Its a slow day trading, so I have a lot of time on the board...Ponyfans.com gets you through the day, but I probably need to work a bit more, so if you guys would all leave, I could double my donation to MC...
If you truly believe Ft. Worth is refined, you are as assholle...plain and simple...
So you are that guy that sits on your mom's couch, watching cnbc, drinking Nattie Lite and ploughing Cheetos, while "trading" baseball cards with your buddies on line or whatever, and cant figure out why you wake up every morning with an orange wiener. Now I get it.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

Not to offend, but does everyone in Ft. Worth work in commercial real estate as well, or is that just a Dallas thing...

Note: This of course doesn't take into consideration those large deposits of Barnett Shale sitting comfortably beneath TCU's 320 acre campus...just waiting to be tapped.

guru the Holiday Palace to ensure that the next issue of Holiday Palace gambling in the penalty is less than if the drug-control to moderate.

The bottom line is that Dallas/SMU and FW/TCU are very different, yet both want to claim supremacy. Since they are so different accurate comparisons are hard to make. If you're into the arts scene, professional sports, and big city amenities then you're probably a Dallasite at heart; if you prefer a slower life with a more bucolic feel, then you probably would prefer to call FW home. As such, SMU and TCU have really developed in the image of their respective neighboring city. Let's just be grateful that we each have quality rivals to keep us honest.
Pony up!
Exactly...well said. Different strokes...

Amen. I wish they had one in Dallas.
They tried that once, but put it in Addison...totally wrong area for a Joe T's...therefore it didn't make it. Should have been put in the Oak Lawn, Henderson Ave or Oak Cliff area.

If a Joe T's were on Knox/Henderson or in Uptown that place would be making money hand over fist.
Agreed. Joe T's is the best thing about FW...
and the zoo.
Back off Warchild seriously.

The problem is the Dallas zoo is surrounded by what should probably be a demilitarized zone. If we could just pick it up and move it then it would be a more attractive destination.

They have top notch art museums too.
