Emmanuel Sanders talks SMU, rookie season, Super Bowl

For the second year in a row, an SMU Mustang will take the field in Sunday's Super Bowl. Pittsburgh Steelers wideout Emmanuel Sanders visited with PonyFans.com to discuss being a Mustang practicing at TCU, the differences between playing for SMU coach June Jones and Pittsburgh's Mike Tomlin, the treatment he has gotten from his veteran teammates and his thoughts about his first season in the NFL, which will end Sunday in the sport's ultimate game.

Thanks for a wonderful interview. I am becoming more of a Steeler fan every time I see one of ES's interviews. Even though we have representation in the GB office, I am pulling for the Steelers and hoping to see ES catch a TD pass---or two---and it would be super cool if he would flash us PonyEars afterwards!!!

It has been said before, and will be said again â€” nobody covers the Mustangs like you do. Terrific interview, it's great to see Emmanuel enjoying the success that comes from all of his hard work.

In a town where 88 is a synonym for Lynn Swann, I hope there are some jerseys popping up around town with SANDERS on the back.
