SMU women lose to Rice

69-60. I will be the first to admit that I'm not a huge fan of girls bb, but, if they have SMU on their jersey, I want them to win. This team is now 11-11, for those of you that follow our girls team, how big of a disappointment is this team?

I was at the game and it was a disappointing loss. Unlike the UH game (which SMU gave away in the last minute), this one was lost due to critical turnovers, missed free throws and 11 blocked shots by Rice. Except for a stretch in the middle of the second half, the offense never ran smoothly. http://smumustangs.cstv.com/sports/w-ba ... 11aaa.html

With home games against Marshall and Tulsa coming up, they can get back on track.
