He has Klemm like recruiting ability. Check out who he got to sign at UCF this year.

When momentum starts rolling downhill in recruiting-WATCH OUT.
Re: We need to go after UCF's David Kelly to replace McKnighWhile I agree on the recruiting angle, from a coaching aspect it looks to me like he has worked himself down the ladder of success. Am I missing something there?

Re: We need to go after UCF's David Kelly to replace McKnigh05 is when the HC at Duke that he was working for was fired and a new coaching staff took over. He landed at UCF.

Re: We need to go after UCF's David Kelly to replace McKnighGeorgia, LSU, Georgia Tech, Stanford, Duke, UCF seems kind of backwards walking to me.

No. We had a head coach here once that had an impeccable resume. Sometimes the frequency with which one moves is more of an indicator of being a fit.
Re: We need to go after UCF's David Kelly to replace McKnighAgain, and please try to follow, I am not talking about the number of moves. I am not talking about going from Duke to UCF. I am saying he has moved from top rated SEC schools, to ACC, to PAC 10, and back to ACC and then to CUSA. Seems to me this is the reverse of what a good coach would want to do. Maybe there are circumstances beyond his control that dictated these moves, but if he is a top recruiter and can teach a kid to get into a 3 point stance, you would think he would be moving towards the higher conferences rather than away from them.

who knows but if he can recruit better than Klemm, hire him immediately.
Re: We need to go after UCF's David Kelly to replace McKnighI would just want to know why he is moving down the ladder. For instance, what if he is being asked to leave due to unethical means of recruiting? If someone is that good at recruiting, which it appears he is, why did he consistently leave one job for one with a lesser team or conference?
There may be a very logical reason but it is the first question I would ask. All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
