Do you think UTEP is pro-UT-Austin? My Horn friend thinks they are.
City of El Paso shows good support for the Miners. Ft Worth shows good support for TCU football, for the most part, but not for hoops. Maybe UTEP captured some excitement from hiring Tim Floyd.

El Paso supports the Miners because they are the only game in town
