Guys I love this place. I am leaving a week early.it is not safe. Here is what's happened since Friday .

Saturday I heard gun fire at 10:30 pm out drinking a beer at the Los flamingos pool.. It resulted in the murder of a shop owner involved .
Monday night my friends went to a beach north of here the name is new to me bonfi I believe . They came home safe. That night the drug cartels shot 8 people and killed involved .

They say it's away from the tourist area yet three more were gun downed and murdered this morning at 9:00 am on the main drag in front of a major hotel. That's 11 murders in three days. I'm not so worried about that as much as I am being extorted by the police.

It's a shame. Coming home.

This news will not hit the US for a few days if at all.

On the same subject -- I've been watching Border Wars on National Geographic. Some crazy siht on there. I would say 30K in 4 years is pretty significant. It's very sad and out of hand for the country.
