That color analyst for Houston was hilarious, he was so fed up with them all night. Still an entertaining duo to listen too, Still not as good as those two La. Tech rednecks that made me laugh so hard the whole time that could hardly watch the game...but still entertaining!
Probaly won't happen...BUT...maybe it will!!

Maybe the UH color guy doesn't read the press notes and doesn't read up to study the opponent?

I think you are right. Also, apparently he never had a shot blocked the whole time he played there...

That's funny. The color guy is Elvin Hayes. This is his first year on the job. We like him but he's a bit green with the insights.

Why aren't y'all listening Rich Phillips? Oh, maybe it was on Web TV and you got the UH radio guys. Nevermind.
BTW, that year ending UTEP game at Moody is going to be rocking.

Hey Hoop Fan...much respect.... I know, I know..why did we not dominate Houston at home like we did on the road.... We had bad luck, with all their big men being out at home, because, their big men suck! Papa spanked them all game. Look forward to the game on Saturday...gonna be huge...lets fill Moody!!!!

I hate to admit this, but both games (Dallas and Houston) were great games for both teams and I really enjoyed that we played Houston. Not because we won, but because both teams played well, were coached well and seemed evenly matched. The folks at Dallas that supported UH were class acts (incredibly limited exposure to be sure on my part). I am slowly warming to the SMU UH rivalry in multiple sports. And for the record, I was a huge UH fan in the mid lat 70 in basketball. Loved the players UH had and the coach.

The definition of ironic is Elvin Hayes calling the sprint motion 'ugly basketball.'
“When I first committed to SMU, I thought it would take a couple of years of building. But with these players coming in, we should make a run. We have a lot of heavy hitters. It could get real ugly for a lot of teams we play.â€- Jalen Jones

frog had 7 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists tonight. Couple turnovers, but whatever. 30 minutes from the true frosh.
