I can vouch for this statement as fact! "This is . . . dedication to distraction by fans. Is that what I'm going to go with Jay?"

Re: Tulsa SaturdayWell, we have to get back down there to perform studies on our newly invented manure spreader! I will be there showing it off game 1 of the SMU football schedule this year.
Re: Tulsa SaturdayIn the meantime, lets focus on the forum which is SMU basketball.
Re: Tulsa Saturday
Your mouth isn't newly invented.
Re: Tulsa SaturdayLOL, that is true. I have an old fashioned way of shining my boots that might be new to you. I will show you sometime. Very similar to what SMU did to Houston last night.

CLick on 4 pack and it gives you $11.25 seats, total is $45 for 4.
Re: Tulsa Saturdaywill be disappointing if this isn't our largest home crowd (to date) this season...and I hope it is surpassed when UTEP comes to town
Re: Tulsa Saturday
save from a RT from Doh last night, there hasnt been a single post/tweet from the SMU facebook/twitter page...hopefully they're getting the word out on campus or..somewhere. Too bad there's not a Bus Brigade
Re: Tulsa Saturday
Is Bus going?
Re: Tulsa Saturday
There are some on here who will defend the News, and UT as far as that goes, until the bitter end. The truth is that the News, via the Dechard family who have essentially run the thing forever, are old line UT alums and supporters who have always tried to treat the Horns as the hometown team here in Dallas. I have no doubt that there is more interest in UT sports than SMU sports in Dallas, but the News has consistently gone out of their way to act as "homers" for UT and have rarely shown any home town support for SMU.
Tulsa SaturdayWin and win most of the time everything naturally falls in place.
Lose for twenty years and you get the back page ![]()
Re: Tulsa Saturdaywe can only hope for BY FAR the best student turnout this year. I don't see many casual hoops fans in Dallas jumping on the bandwagon, but hopefully more alums will get curious and show up. I expect Tulsa will travel well for this game. Would love to see 5k at Moody Saturday
Re: Tulsa SaturdayHave you guys gotten the word out that Ponyte and I will be there. That should stir up some excitement. Remember, I am signing autographs at half time in the meatball room. Any name you want for free.
All those who believe in psycho kinesis, raise my hand
Re: Tulsa Saturday
