That said, if you have been watching the team for the past 5 years, you can easily see the improvement made this year. It is night and day. Maybe it takes that long for a transition of this type but I find that hard to believe. But this team now is in a system that works for them and I for one am excited to see additional progress next year. We should be contending for the title in CUSA from day 1. If not, lets change, but until then, based on the progress I have witnessed this year, I say lets keep going.

We started to turn the corner when we switched systems last year. That team went 14-17 or so, then we got the jump in Ws this year, w/the system tweaked, worse schedule, and less talent. It could have turned the corner in a years less time, but nobody was winning in years 2 or 3 w/the program/school rep that Doh inherited. People really need to grasp that this was scorched earth for awhile, and now some plants are sprouting. Its slow, but it's steady, based on the last two years, and the outlook for the next two

Seems like Doh was a lost puppy until this system was installed. Why did it take 4 years to think of this? The offense before that was pitiful even with below average talent. I like the O and D now - should be nice with players that can create their own shots when they need to. Hard to believe Sammy was about the only one able to dribble penetrate at times. It was all backdoor or position shooting. Rob needs to nut up - poor guy is one dimensional.
