To answer the cost of tattoo query, mine is pretty small and cost over $100. Some of the multi colored, big tats that the OSU players got can easily be over $1000 and even more.

Really? The head coach at a major, high-profile football program didn't know who to report it to? Like ... say ... the compliance department? Every coach in America is intimately familiar with the compliance department at his or her school. Even if he thought for some reason that it was not something to be handled by Ohio State's compliance department, you can bet your last nickel the compliance department would refer him to the proper department to handle it (and he knew damn well that it was a compliance issue).

The fact that he stood there and said "uh, gee, I didn't know how to handle it" is insulting to his own university and everyone (in attendance and on TV) listening to his idiotic explanation.

The deception merited more than two games, and this charade of an explanation merits even more.

OSU reportedly has 4 compliance officials on staff. He could have picked either of the 4, told his AD, advised the President of the university or called the NCAA. Instead he elected to do absolutely nothing just hoping it would go away and not surface. Fortunately, it did surface, his excuses exemplify is real character and I hope the NCAA takes a different and far more reaching action than imposed by OSU>

Let's see prep school education, Ohio State, Heisman. Ya think there are a few OSU donors who give to Fork Union so that potential Buckeyes can get their grades up.

Vinny Testaverde went to Ohio State?
