This could be a big turning point in SMU basketball. In the past recent years, we hold ORU, Dia gets the rebound but is hurt. Haynes goes to the line and misses 2 and ORU comes back down and takes the lead and wins. I think Haynes has broken a bad karma cycle.

Our guys did well today. We overcame not only the adversity of terrible officiating and injuries, but years of fighting for that play-off win. I may be graduating from SMU this semester, but I'll be back to watch next semester.

Just got back from Moody. Some bizarre officiating, but we pulled out the win.
Didn't know about Dia until halftime when someone explained to me about his back spasms. Seeing JFrog take the opening tip was weird.
But gutty effort in OT, and the team didn't fold late like they had been doing during the final few games this season.
Everyone left Moody in a good mood, which is about all you can ask for this time of year.
