TCU and the stats

Postby The PonyGrad » Tue Sep 07, 2004 11:58 am

Compared to last season there are some surprising results from TCU's last game (granted there has only been one game.)

Last year TCU was #9 in Rushing defense yet they were only #51 of the 96 teams that had played as of last Sat. More interesting, they were #38 of 117 last season in total yards allowed while as of last Sat. they are #94 of 96.

This indicates that they are not the defensive power they were last season. Their offensive numbers look similar though.

We need another good defensive game and our offense needs to crank it up.
Go Ponies!!
Beat whoever it is we are playing!!

Those #'s are wishful thinking, and completely irrelevant. They've played one game this year, whereas last year we were the 2nd to last game. Cmon guys.. dig up some real info.
