I think this is a well supported article demonstrating just how much trouble Oregon is really in. I think the NCAA will lay the hammer down in this case

I think Nike would throw a ton of cash at the ncaa to prevent that
I will not make age an issue in this campaign. I'm not going to exploit for political purposes my opponent's youth and inexperience.

Agreed. Thanks to the NCAA's fear of upsetting Nike godfather Phil Knight, the Ducks walk away unharmed from this. At the VERY worst, they'll be "forced" to issue some sort of "gosh, we didn't knowingly break the rules" statement.

Oregon will be found guilty of some infractions slapped on the wrist and North Dakota will be given the death penalty for not getting rid of the name Fighting Sioux.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna
