Won't they get a new ranking after their Senior seasons?

Except we know for sure that they won't be 4 or 4 stars...

they add 4 stars and 3 stars and 5 stars at various times throughout the year-and they haven't rated all players yet. For example right now there are only 17 Five Stars in the entire country but eventually there will likely be 32-40. Should be soon because the Team Rankings come out soon thereafter. They are working from the Top though so it is a good indication.

I believe a 5.2 is the lowest rivals rating?

No 5.0 is the lowest real secondary decimal rating(a low 2 star). However, they also give a 4.9 to players who no recruiting analyst on their staff had enough information on which to formulate a rating. Emmanuel Sanders was a 4.9
