Anyone watching the ESPYs tonight? I'm not, but I had ESPN on while getting ready for dinner, and I can't believe how self-absorbed that network is.
First it creates a non-event by making up awards, and acts like it's the Academy Awards. But then there's an hour of "Countdown to the ESPYs" so they can ask everyone "how happy are you to be here?" and let Chris Berman go over his catchphrases that stopped being funny 20 years ago.
That was brutal. I'm going running. It's more entertaining.
