Add Women's Lacrosse. Big roster, which is key.

Have big donors make up the difference and we just may have that competitive advantage over Houston that we need, after all, $$$ is a big driver in all this.

The Big 12 already went to a new system that significantly reduced the difference in conference payouts. Apparently Nebraska was the biggest school pushing for the unequal payouts because they changed it to share the vast majority of the money equally.

I don't understand why more of the bottom feeders of the Big 12 don't ask for that anyway. Didn't Texas Tech turn down $5 mil plus an extra 2 games televised on ESPN because they didn't want the UT-Texas Tech game on the LHN? The Big 12 rules that were recently passed require the LHN to pay any conference school if they appear on the network...so, they get their regular Big 12 TV money plus a bonus for playing on the LHN.
