CUSA, MWC, etc are in the same boat. Each member wants a seat at the big boys table.

Alaska, Hawaii and Nevada (maybe they remember the Hawaii Bowl) are only states in SMU column. Montana is split 50/50.
Worse, Texas is very much pro-Houston - 68 vs. 32.
