Looking as these highlight reels, I'm wondering if maybe we're seeing sort of an Ashley Lelie starter kit.

Rivals lists him as a WR (but he does play both ways very well). He should be potent in our offense.

In my ritualistic search for smu football in google news, gabriel came up in a recent story. unfortunately, its from bleacher report, so i wont be posting it. Pretty much talked about how crazy it is that we sniped this kid and it is all attributed to klemm. great stuff. excited to see this #166 recruit overall and #25 WR do some damage for us.

Marks, by all accounts, is an absolute stud, and was a key part in helping to get Pettway to commit to SMU.

Don't know if you noticed, but he is also now rated higher than Jordan Payton. Don't think we are still in the running for Payton, but pretty cool.

The image of Eddie Printz and Gabe Marks and Robert Lewis is pretty tantalizing.

Hope we can hang on to him. Doesn't seem like such a firm commitment from him

Interesting, but not surprising. He is a highlight reel. Again, last Sunday night, Marks was on "The Challenge" in LA NBC. He has made it every week but one. They still talk with him, and he says he is going to SMU. All mentions of him in the press here also refer to him as signing with SMU. I hope he really does stick.

Go Ponies!
