How does a player with 70 tackles and 16 sacks while playing for one of the top teams in California end up with no offers and no stars?

Where did he get those numbers? I thought he just moved to Serra from a tiny off the radar school.

undersized for a 4-3 DE maybe? Even though he has good/adequate size for a 3-4 OLB. Most colleges run a 4-3.

I trust JJ and his staff's judgement much more than the number of stars a recruit has.

Don't know abouot the stars, but the kid is good. He was going to Westchester, which is a good program, but his family set it up for him to go to Serra, which is a power in the LA area.
