is it me or did mcdermott look like he has a weak arm? did we eve try a pass of more than 15 yrd more than twice while he was in?

Yes he will, unless you think Conner Preston is ready for the job next year.
That game was all around [deleted] poor, the only thing to do is get over it.

I think Padron comes back. He has the experience and the reps. I don't think a poor start against A$M benches him. that is too quick a trigger by JJ unless Padron is in JJ's doghouse. The D has to make vast improvements in 5 days. That is the real disappointment.

My thoughts. (1) A&M was bigger than us and their OLine was solid. We rarely pressured their QB and made few stops behind the line of scrimmage on runs. (2) The fact that we spotted them 14 early points and tired out our D early didn't help. (3) Line was excellent the first quarter, but our line couldn't adjust to their adjustments. (4) KP needs to lay off the Red Bull or learn yoga or something so he gets into his happy place before the game to slow it down a bit. He was pressing much too hard. (5) This was a much better team than the one that visited Kyle Field a few years ago. (6) Margus Hunt is a beast! That guy is going to be legendary by the time he graduates.
