No it won't. Sec will only pilf 1 to 3, max. No other conf will pilf. Quite the opposite, acc will backfill w big east teams.

Oh the ACC will still exist no doubt about that but it will be a weaker ACC. They could lose teams to the big 10 and SEC. Losing teams does not make a conference stable or secure. They would also be crap big east teams like USF and Cincinnati because the SEC and Big Ten would have likely take. The good schools for themselves.
