Anyone who did this would do this would become my second favorite team FOREVER. Even if it was Texas.

If that was not the single most classless play in the history of college football, I can't think what was.

The Jenkins/uh trying to run up a hundred points was just as bad, but the baylor fake punt wins just because of Grant Teaff and his holier than thou attitude.

I still remember the 1993 game when they never threw a pass.

IIRC- the cougar high coach at that time was Jack Pardee. John Jenkins was the OC I believe. Anyway that is one game I will never forget nor forgive. One of the reasons that I despise cougar high. And yes, Grant T. and the baylor buffoons were just as bad.

I don't blame Baylor for SMU's / TCU's banishment to mid-major pergutory. Its the Whorn's fault. Baylor did what we would have done given the same opertunity.

Havign said this, they have never hesitated to diminish our accomplishments, while at the same time, they haven't achieved anything. I hate their whiney, overly liturgous president. His hypocracy makes me want to vomit. As a TCU fan, I'm all for turning the other cheek, and all that crap. The Big East should give Baylor a fair evaluation, and then send them to the WAC like TCU & SMU were.

Do I feel bad for Baylor? Yes that they are being relegated to the same hell that we've been in for 15 years. But I don't really pity them. They made the decision to hitch their wagon to a bunch of vipers. And the good book, Mark talks about being able to survive being bitten by snakes, so they'll survive, just probably in the same boat that we're in. When you're on the gravy train and somebody kicks you off it, you have to change some things. They'll probably have to cut some men's sports, fire some coaches, and move forward. In many ways, if they joined CUSA, they would probably be the odds on favorite to win since they've been recruiting Big XII talent and perhaps could make it to a BCS game more easily than if they stayed in the Big XII.
UNC better keep that Ram away from Peruna

The Houston/100 points thing was the worst game.

The Baylor Fake punt late was the worst play.

No controversy here.

I'm picturing Starr in his office calling A&M and the Okies saying "I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my conference. And you will know my name is the Lawd when I lay my vengeance upon thee."

The same book also calls for grace.

True. There's will come when we accept them with open arms into our current conference.

QUESTION:

Should Baylor find itself in a new BCS conference, whether it be a revamped Big XII, the BE, or maybe a non-AQ that moves up to take an open spot left by the vacated Big XII, will they pull for a Texas school that they have long traditions with to join?

HECK, ARE THEY ADVOCATING FOR A TEXAS SCHOOL, ANY TEXAS SCHOOL, TO JOIN ONE OF OPEN SPOTS NOW OPEN IN THE BIG XII? EVEN TCU OR HOUSTON?
