SMU v NWST tv broadcast

Postby skurtn » Fri Sep 16, 2011 8:55 am

Long-time reader, never posted.

Have been searching for a week now to figure out what station will broadcast this week's SMU game on tv. Haven't successfully found one. Any ideas? Thanks

No TV this week, I'm sure they will be broadcasting the online version. Check out the SMU home website or any of the channelsurfing.net sites...

Come out to Ford. I hear there may be a few seats left.

yeah, channelsurfing is a great option if you don't want to pay for the feed. quality isn't always awesome, but it does the job.

channelsurfing has been put out of business by the Feds last time I looked. I haven't seen any links this year to it. But they appear to have 9 Lives sometimes.

So lame. Guess paying $15 to stream it from CUSA isn't that bad. Anyone ever put a computer stream up on a big screen? Is it worth a flip?

Yes-its exactly the same quality that you see on internet. If that internet feed is good then it ain't bad.

Just didn't know if it went south when you scaled it up. Too bad. NYC watch parties were going and need the momentum.

The audio can sometimes be a pain. They pipe in the radio feed I suppose, and if they stream isn't perfect then I've found many times that the audio and video timing can be off.

Sucks to hear we just got sacked or something like that then have to watch it too...

Has anyone watched a game using the Netgear Push2TV adapter connected to their HDTV. One of my laptops has this ability but I have never used it. Just wonder if there would be much video degradation.

GO PONIES!!!
