Problem W/ Notifications?

i haven't gotten any emails in a few days when people reply to topics i've been watching, anyone else noticing this?

i checked my control panel but everything seems to be in the right place...

that's the wonderful thing about gmail, all emails from one thread are condensed to one thread in my email.
