No ACC school will give the SEC nearly as much value as A&M, simply because of the television and recruiting exposure in the State of Texas. The best value would be Virginia Tech, and I bet Virginia Tech would love to go. But ironically, just as VT used the Virginia legislature to force their way into the ACC, UVa may be able to use the Virginia legislature to force VT to stay in the ACC.
