looked much better than I anticipated...and very impressed with the student section, in particular those that stayed til the end.

Something occurred to me in the 4th quarter...this crop of students we have now, only the seniors know a losing season...the rest havent suffered like the generations prior. Hopefully this translates into recapturing a young fanbase and replacing the lost generation

I have to say that I was impressed with the crowd that they brought. Much bigger than I was expecting.

I also was surprised by the turnout. Northwestern State had more fans than many of our opponents usually bring. Of course, their band constituted a majority of their fans!

respectable turnout. we are lucky it didn't rain like it did last night in Dallas, that would've been ugly.

Not so long ago the crowd would've been 10237.

Numbers chosen in honor of Chunkin Chuck Hixson, Jerry LeVias, and the Doaker :!:
May the forth be with us.

Not sure if a "red out" was the best idea. Looked as if a lot of people were blending in with the bleachers.

I'll bet that some fans stayed away just because of the THREAT of rain!

Yep, A+ for the Northwestern State band. A+ for the student and parent section. Nice crowd size overall but where are all the folks from section 206 with season tickets? Sad turnout for section 206.
