First of all, it is completely assinine to suggest any recruit committed to SMU is a "fall back". Do you not realize other schools read each others boards and can and will use this against us? Come on, .... think before you post....because once it is out on the internet...you can never take it back or make ammends. Do not be part of the problem!!!!

Secondly, understand Bamba has been recruited and offered by Michigan, Illinois, Virginia Tech, South Carolina and Clemson. Virginia also recruited Bamba hard.

SMU also recruited and offered Sam Warren from Colorado (Virginia commit) but Bamba was and always has been our #1 choice.

Let the coaches do their jobs and quit speculating on what you think and do not know.

That's ridiculous. You and me and Stallion have absolutely ZERO effect on the recruiting process. This board is tame compared to others' who seem to be having no trouble recruiting stars.
