Is KP down for the year?

Nobody knows - only the $2M man. Kyle had his sophomore moments which we all hoped would get better. His overthrows are very apparent and can't get rid of the ball soon enough - sling it around son. He's scared to make a mistake now.

Kyle has a great future in the business world and can show his grand kids a MVP trophy

My two cents: I thought Padron's passes were a lot sharper than McDermott's against NWst. He put some zip on the ball and hit receivers in stride for extra yardage, something McDermott hasn't shown.

McDermott has his positives, but accuracy is not one of them. Hal Mumme is blowing a lot of smoke saying McDermott would be in NFL. Quarterbacks in the NFL have to be accurate above all else.

I guess McDermott executes the offense better in terms of getting the ball out quickly. But from my untrained eye I wouldn't close the book on the Padron this season.

Until somebody besides Cole Beasley can get open and not drop passes, it really doesn't matter which guy plays QB. The CBO - Cole Beasley Offense - isn't going to beat the better teams on our schedule.

Our offensive issues are not solely QB. We need for some of the WRs to start stepping up and playing like they are capable of.

Yeah I'd love to see Der'rikk and ACE to have good games.

Yeah, let's get down on a kid for what he did his Jr. year in HS. Nevermind that he came back strong and worked hard, as he could, senior season. Pretty strong showing.

I bet you were all perfect HS players.

I hope he gets it back for his senior year at SMU like he did in HS.

Go Ponies!
