I had no issues, but it depends on the zip code you enter. Took me 30 seconds. Just filled out 10 boxes, signed the letter, and clicked submit.

I just sent mine out and Joe Strauss came back. I also added that Dallas is the largest American City without a BCS school to call home...( true correct?)

Technicality.... DFW as a whole Metro area is larger than Houston Metro....we just don't want to mention the Ft Worth angle and those guys over there that are....lol :-)

Technically, you said American City, not metropolitan district.
And New York clearly beats us with both. I pointed out Houston because there is clearly a regional relevance that more closely impacts a BCS discussion surrounding Big 12.
