no, no, no, no, the issue is whether we will honor the offer after signing date to wait to see if the recruit qualifies.

I understand, I was really just kidding around. BTW, I never heard back from you on the question about the non-qualifier recruit for NT you were mentioning. What happens if we recruit such a kid and he never qualifies? Does that violate your moratorium on recruiting non-qualifiers? I mean, I know he ultimately got in at NT, but since he was a non-qualifier during the normal recruiting period, would it have violated your policy for SMU to have recrutied him?
