The announcers for the SLC/Ryan game on ESPN2 just said that he is considering SMU and Tulsa. He is a very athletic QB. Sign him up!

But isn't the book on Willis that he has a rather average arm and average speed? I know he's touted as a great athlete - is he being recruited as a QB or as an athlete?

I think he will be recruited as both. I hope as an athlete, though. I think he'll go to the school that recruits him as a QB. I don't think he would be a bad option at QB though. We have not recruited a QB yet this year and desperately need one.

I like his moxy as a quarterback. He doesnt have the strongest arm in the world, but all I saw last night were spirals on the mark. Love the way he runs, and we need a qb who can move around at SMU. I'd bring him in as a qb, let him win the job, and if he can't he still could help you at another position.
