They have better attendance than us but the tailgate fans who never enter the stadium is a problem for them also.

Not every tailgater has a ticket to the game, ESP a sold out one or near sold out w limited parking

We have a prob with potential attendees, they don't.

Game day customer freindly experience... When the third quarter starts the gates are open to the public. As long as the stands are not full (love to have that problem) let all into game. Maybe they buy a drink or nachos and just maybe they like what they see and come back and purchase a ticket.

Customer service, market development, game day service.... SMU sports can be a real product to be sold if packaged and marketed.

Unless you were just stinking drunk, I'd call a cop over next time that happens. You have a legal right to enter with an unused ticket.

There were tickets to be purchased. I bought one for $10 over face value. There were a lot of tickets available outside the stadium. These people came strictly to tailgate.

I saw hundreds of students(who could've used their student tickets) walking around drinking as though they were at a frat party. There are a lot of people at both schools who couldn't care less about going to the actual games.

There is no excuse.

Last year (and before), at TCU, you could get your hand stamped upon leaving at halftime by the CSC folks. Upon return for the third quarter all you have to do is show your hand to gain re entry.

I think it's unacceptable to come to party and not go to the game. There are some folks that purchase a parking spot but do not buy season tickets. You should have to show you are a season ticket holder in order to secure a spot.
