Leach said he wanted a program in it to win it, not just participate. That nixes Tulane and Rice right off the bat.

Yeah, they used to have one dips***. It was three times the size of Ford. Called Tulane Stadium. Three Super Bowls played there.

Oh, and I know the history. Still funny because they will not get a new state of the art stadium. They are lucky to be playing football.
