Honestly, I'm not sure how I'd feel if June blew up like this. On the one hand, the fanatic in you wants to be all about it...but it's so, incredibly classless and out of the blue. Did June drop a load on the middle of the Horned Frog at the 50?

FroggieFever posted the exact same quotes on the other thread.....and, defended Patterson. I just don't get it.

Sounds like someone cannot accept the fact that they were beaten by a better, more determined team Saturday.

That is if he even sticks around and can win the job back. With 5 new offensive line starters our new QB will have no margin for error in a game against what should be a vastly improved TCU team.

Better get over it fast, they'll be playing a "better team" on the road on Saturday.

This will be great for us and the rivalry....I love how this fat [deleted] thinks he can control millions of dollars in tv deals...he has no say in any conference movement....this will only get our name out there more....No one who watched that game that it should even have been that close...

I've had respect for what GP has accomplished in building that team. This however was completely classless. It seems interesting that this is what he decided to saya few days after the loss. When you compare it to what he said in his post-game conference this smacks of trying to do something to boost his team and Alumni (who about 90% it seem seem to love this) moral i doubt he even believes it.

What perceived insult from June does Patterson think he's responding to? Nothing I read in the paper on Sunday or yesterday personally attacked Patterson or TCU -- he just said he thought we deserved their ranking because we came into their house and beat them on their turf.

What other quotes could Patterson be referring to? If anything, I've always thought June was too complimentary of TCU, and it certainly isn't his style to go bad mouthing any particular coach or team.

What a round, bitter, little sh*t. Perfectly comfortable saying that to anyone, as well.

Really messed up that he brings it up after saying we need to get ready for better team and then big east rumors come out and he shoots his mouth off....

Guy is a typical [deleted]....afraid of what will happen if we go to even playing field, knows that he is losing his mojo and his ego has gotten so out of control....

Is there a way he can blame this eruption on his offensive coordinator, team doctor, or secondary?
