Houston does get in this week IMO...

we have to beat UCF and have another massacre weekend of the top25 (like this past weekend) to break in...barely.

Just win, baby...the rest will take care of itself.

We are close, but still far in votes...I don't think we get in with a win over UCF. We will need to run the table in October to get in, with an outside shot at it if we beat UCF and USM soundly.

It would be awesome to go into that Houston game with both teams ranked, but first things first....gotta win the next 5.

Only 4 teams in the top 25 lost yesterday and 2 of those loses were to a higher ranked teams. My guess is we drop about 5 spots this week. No one remembers the TCU game anymore, it is past history. Florida will stay top 25. UT will stay top 25. I am not sure Houston makes it or not. That is my entirely uneducated opinion.

I think it is a little unsettling that Baylor is in the Top 25 with their only good win being the same TCU team we beat on the road.

Baylor has a flashy talented QB that has attracted National attention is why they are ranked methinks.....we won't get ranked in the top 25 until we beat UCF AND Southern Mississippi...
UH should pop up this week.

I just looked at the USA Today poll, and we picked up an additional vote this week. 11, up from 10.

A&M would destroy Houston. They wouldn't be able to keep the Aggies under 60 with that defense.

The greater injustice is that Texas is still ranked, though.
