I see the MWC/CUSA merger shaping up as two 9 member conferences that will have a championship game between their champions but might still not earn a BCS bid and I see the conferences looking like this:

MWC

Hawaii, SDSU, Fresno, UNLV, Nevada, Wyoming, Utah State, CSU, UNM

CUSA

UTEP, Tulsa, Rice, La Tech, Tulane, UAB, Marshall, USM, 9th member???

I'm assuming Big East invites the 6 being mentioned (Boise, AFA, SMU, Houston, UCF & Navy)

I'm assuming SEC takes a 14th from ACC; ACC then takes Rutgers; BE backfills with either ECU or Memphis

We could still see Big XII invite Louisville and BYU

In that case, both ECU and Memphis are in as BE members
