ESPN just said Boise told MWC they are staying. What is happening? AHHHHHH!?

I don't think invitations go out without guarantees that they will be accepted.

Big10 to add Texas to it's network by bringing in TCU & SMU.

Regardless of what Boise State and the service academies do, I think UCF, SMU and UH have to accept if invited. Even if we are left behind in the Big East as a non-aq conference, basketball gets a tremendous upgrade and I love SMU, UH, UCF, and USF as a nucleus.

I agree, i dig having Boise and AFA (considering i live in Denver), but getting a shot with a legit AQ conference is an opportunity we cant pass up. Maybe i would think differently if it was for football only.

could be Lucy pulling the football away from Charlie Brown again. But the Big East is gonna invite somebody. If Boise says no, they will probably move on to ECU, Memphis and Temple. UCF is gonna go. At that point, its a tougher decision for Houston and SMU, but the problem is the CUSA-MWC alliance has no assurances of any BCS consideration. Until the SEC makes it move, this is all stupid. No moves can be solid until the SEC picks. Dominos have to fall in sequence. No other way.

I read somewhere that there is a 72 hour dead period in the BE after a vote. So invites will not come till after that 72 hour window is over. UCF might get there invite earlier as they might have been voted on earlier.
