When I saw him actually pick up the ball and turn back to avoid the tackle I just thought "oh [deleted]... don't fumble this please." Quite the opposite happened! Man, if only McDermott could have connected on his deep ball this game would be a prime example of how this team can and should be playing week-in and week-out. If our awesome defense stops them one more time, we might have time to drive down for a field goal, and then get the ball after half. Don't let up Ponies.

It's nice to have confidence in our punt return unit now. Last year we couldn't field a punt and people were hoping to not even have a guy back deep.
