Two points in this story are interesting.
1. the new exit fee kicks in as soon as one of the new schools accepts the invitation. So what we heard about the invitation being conditional did not depend on all 3 or all 5 accepting.
2. story says no invitations had been extended yet. This puts the lie to the story from Houston saying UH already had an invitation.

no. not a lie. we have an invitation too. not an OFFICIAL INVITATION. it's all in the legal language they are using.

Actually, most bill by the 6 minute increment, but I know of contracts that go down to smaller increments.
