Prescott did it again against another top team. 296 Yds on 32 carries, 4 TDs, plus another TD from an interception, 12 tackles, and 2 sacks. He is leading the state in rushing, TDs, and tackles with approximately 2100 YDs rushing, 33 TDs, and 130 tackles.

Its been said before, but I hope we can have at least one or two plays with both Lines in the back field.

***Can you pass this announcement to your football team, student body, parents, coaches, and faculty members***

Oxford senior Prescott Line is a candidate for the Metro PCS - Mr. Football Award.  You can vote for Prescott by going to www.statechamps.tv/mrfootball

At the end of the season, the top vote getter will earn an automatic berth into the final four.  Simply receiving the most votes does not automatically make that person Mr. Football, but it does increase the players chance of winning by 20 percent.  Have fun and vote often!

Rivals lists his 40 speed at 4.91.... Is that actually correct?

I admit that I don't know squat about the Rivals rating system, but what does it take for someone with his stats to move out of being a 2*.

I think they do mass reevaluations at certain times each year and they hold out on giving out all of their stars until the end of the season. So players can jump up a star or two at the end.

Will be interesting to see how Line performs in the playoffs. He is being recruited as a LB, but given his performance I hope he gets a chance at SuperBack as well assuming that is not his real 40 time. We also have Robert Lewis a 3* recruited by Klemm as our only RB recruit (4.5 40)

Another great game...not as huge as his others, but still huge nonetheless. Can't wait for him to get here

A lot of coaches thought Zach was too slow to play D-1 football but he's showed everyone he has pretty good 'football" speed
