Pat Forde leaving ESPN

This comes on the heels of Bruce Feldman's contentious departure from ESPN regarding his writing of Mike Leach's book. Feldman is now on CBSCS-TV if you haven't noticed. Apparently, Forde's contract was up with ESPN on Nov. 1 and had this opportunity. I also read somewhere where Forde wasn't pleased how ESPN handled the Feldman situation. Apparently, he has a very strong investigavtive background and Yahoo will give him that chance.

Forde supposedly not happy at ESPN because he couldn't investigate/report on various issues due to what he believed were ESPN's conflicts of interest.
