SMU men's basketball head coach Matt Doherty led the Mustangs to the postseason last year, guiding the Ponies to the CIT semifinals. But now he has to replace six seniors from last year's roster, which means blending his returning veterans with a slew of talented newcomers. Doherty met with PonyFans.com to discuss a number of topics, including what the Ponies will miss most about last year's seniors, who will fill the always-important leadership roles and what he expects from the new faces on his roster.
