I love how the announcers are trying to explain it.

"So the fan runs out dressed as an official, and you see him losing gear, and the refs run after him and are distracted by the situation, and this meeting is going on in this huddle right here, and the refs should be breaking it up, but they are distracted"

yes, it's true. but, UCF switched to their better qb, so playing like they're gonna come back.
