What an unbelievable victory the win over San Jose state was. The fact that this team was able to beat anyone, is truly amazing.

Fire Bennett. The school has the money to bring in a big name coach, so why not do it? Enough is enough. He's not getting the job done.

Moot point. They're not going to buy out this contract and then pay another, which would cost more than Coach Bennett is being paid.

SMU has the money to afford any coach it wants, right??? The athletic department runs a HUGE deficit every year over and above what ticket sales, television and Mustang Club contribute. They had to drop Men's track because they COULDN'T AFFORD TO KEEP IT. So, unless you can drop a cool $2-4 Million to buy out contracts and hire a new coach, it is real easy to spend other people's money.
