BYU would be a great add, better school academically than WVU and free of couch burners. Not sure if BYUtv will come into play. BYUtv is not the same as LHN, and should be more flexible. Guessing they would keep other sports in WCC. Just need to BE members to sign and get this show on the road before anymore conference tremors.

If the Big East has catholic, methodist, mormon, and two of the three service academies, can we change the name to God and Country?

But seriously I wonder how West Virginia leaving and BYU possibly added would change the Divisions. Would that split Louisville/Cincy or would there be a more likely split between USF/UCF and slide Louisville/Cincy East. I like warmer weather

West: SMU, UH, Boise, AFA, BYU, Louisville

East: Cincy, Rutgers, UConn, UCF, USF, Navy

WVU leaving isnt a big deal IMO. My worry was if 3 teams left. Hopefully this gets the dang ball rolling.

Replacing West Virginia as an all-sports member with BYU as a football only member would clean things up a little in that there would now be 8 all-sports members, 8-basketball only, and 4 football only members.
