Definitely make a call on what you heard.
I'm surprised, because I know those tours are very carefully worked out and planned to be the most positive pro-SMU thing you have ever heard (as they should be).

This thread certainly went past the lunch-time musing it started as.
I have been contacted by persons associated with the tour guide program, and I have relayed what I heard.
I can assure you that the tour program is looking to provide the most pro-SMU tour possible and will either correct any problem that may exist, or clarify anything I may have incompletely or incorrectly occured.
