I keep looking for white smoke to come from Orsini's office but I don't think there are any chimneys in that building. Or should I go watch Dallas Hall?

I don't think chimneys are considered green by LEAD. Look for a reflective recycled metal solar heat collecting rooftop installation used for water heating to reflect light through recycled colored glass.
