the placement of these games on these bizzare unknown channels is the one thing about the CUSA TV Contract that really sucks. Otherwise, I'm happy with the increased coverage but nobody but UH/Rice fans will know the game was ever played on TV

It's on FSN, just bumped in Dallas because of Stars coverage. Funny thing is I will be able to see the game in St. Louis

Correct. That is the beauty of the alternate channels that allow you to see either of the programs. But Stallion is right, if it is on the alternate channel most that are not specifically looking for it will never find it.

yeah luckily I have the Channel and those with Direct TV probably should too-but this is the third time this has happened which lowers our profile with the general football fan.

Alex:

Last time this happened I think the Direct channel was in the 600s. Check around and you may be able to find it.

don't blame the conference TV contract, blame the fact that FSSW also has a contract with the Stars

Rice is setting the futility pace early. Checking the game online, it looks like UH ran back the kickoff for a TD. 100 yards, and Rice is down in the first 15 seconds.

Rice is killing Houston on zone reads right up the middle. Just like UTEP. 10-7 Rice.
