I have missed so much the past three weeks.

This game is not going well but lets look at this realistically
1) Yes we beat TCU, but they are not the same team as they were the past few years
2) We need to get back to the conference championship game
3) This Tulsa game hasnt been so much what they are doing to us, it is what we are doing to ourselves thats hurting us!
4) I think the Big East will still send us an invite

Actually they'll be getting a lot younger. The whole o-line, Thompson, Frazier, Banjo and Crawford are gone and yes we'll get smashed in the BE especially if our future OOC schedules stay intact.

I'm just saying if we want the respect that we deserve we have to be dominate in the C-USA so this town and Bristol realize what SMU football is all about

True but it's a little late for us to dominate C-USA, we just have to hope that recruiting continues to get better (especially at QB) so that after about 3 years we can be a respectable BE program.

We never belonged out of what would've been an AQ conference in the SWC.
I've said before that it can take 10 years.

What is the criteria for deserving AQ status? If it's receiving an invite and accepting then yes we're deserving.

Yep, we've only beat two ranked teams since the Dp. TCU and TCU, thats not going to fly in the BE we need to beat someone other then our rival every once in a while

Why? There's no one ranked in the BE.

If we can finally get a QB with a pulse we'll be fine. That's a big if though.
